Book Blogger Hop 3/30-4/5

This meme is hosted by Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer.

This week’s question:

How many book clubs do you belong to? If you do belong to an in-person book club, do you have meetings in the day or evening? Do you meet at someone’s house or meet at a local restaurant or coffee house?  (submitted by Elizabeth @ Silver’s Reviews)

My answer:

Unfortunately, the only book clubs I belong to currently are online (on Facebook). I live in a small town in the middle of rural Pennsylvania and there aren’t any near me. If I ever convince my husband to move somewhere more populated, I would love to join a “real” in-person book club!

Do you belong to any book clubs? Leave me a comment below!

  1. It’s difficult to get involved in things like that when you live in a small town. There is a book club in my town, but I’m always slightly envious of book bloggers who get to go to all the signings and events as we never get anything like that here. Still, I think online book clubs can probably be just as good. I love connecting with other readers through my blog or Goodreads and I find out about so many new books that way from people all across the globe.

    1. I agree about being jealous about book signings and events…and physical bookstores! I have to drive over an hour to the closest Books A Million or buy all my books online. But it does make me even more grateful for the internet and the fact that I have access to online book clubs.
